Yes, our e-Trikes are ADR approved androad legal, can be registered as motor tricycle throughout the country.  

In Australia, traditional utility vehicles like side by side, buggies and ATVs are classified as non-Road vehicles, while our e-Trikes are classified as Road Vehicle(LB category-moped-3wheels). As a road vehicle, they must have ADR approved and secured a VTA ( Vehicle Type Approval ) to be legally provided in the market.

Classified as a moped, on the roads in QLD/SA/WA/NT, we can drive them with a car license, in other states and territories, should be a motorbike license.

LB - MOPED - 3 Wheels: A 3-wheeled motor vehicle, not being a power-assisted pedal cycle, with an engine cylinder capacity not exceeding 50 ml and a ‘Maximum Motor Cycle Speed’ not exceeding 50 km/h; or a 3-wheeled motor vehicle with a power source other than a piston engine and a ‘Maximum Motor Cycle Speed’ not exceeding 50 km/h.

Yes, all our eTrikes are coming with 2 yrs warranty for electric components and the deep cycle AGM lead acid batteries, and 5yrs warranty for the frame. 

• Change the high/low ratio gearbox oil after the first six months, to flush out factory break-in metal shavings
• Use 220ml of GL-5 80W-90 gear oil.
